The year was 2009. Obama had just become President of the United States of America, Google was on its way to dominating the world, people were addicted to the Wii, autotune was fading away, every girl dressed up like Lady Gaga for Halloween, and – most importantly – the economic crisis was in full effect. People felt a little bit confused, a little poorer, and a lot more hungry.
Then, out of nowhere, Voilà! showed up.
No, we didn't give Steve Jobs or Bill Gates a fighting chance or pry Wii paddles from people's hands. We definitely didn't buy T-Pain and Lady Gaga albums. But we could feed people with delicious crêpes, fresh juice, coffee, and gelato – all at a less-than-wallet-busting value. All of a sudden, the world (or at least Shanghai) became a little bit clearer, a little less poor, and much more satisfied.
So our run-down is simple: oh-so-delicious crêpes, soul-cleansing fresh juice, life-rejuvenating LaVazza coffee, and real homemade Italian gelato. And you want to talk value? Just take a gander at our menu and judge for yourself. |
